Windows 11 I used my account for my weatherford school account and now i cant acess mojang or get my bitkey recovery

So i installed a Microsoft firmware update and then it decided it wanted to lock my out and now i need my bit recvoery key, but when i went to go look for it i couldnt find, it also said my personal account longer exsisted but ik it exsists cause when i try to make a new one using that email it says it already exsists. Im just kinda stuck and dont know what to do cause im locke out of my computer. I can log into micrsoft via my school acco7nt and its under my email adress but it says there are no devices linked and that is the only account on my computer.
