Windows 11 I used to get 100 mbps on my 5g network on my laptop. But then suddenly it dropped and now even if i am close to the router i am getting only 1 mbps

I used to get 100mbps in my room on my laptop. Now a day after my 4g and my 5g network speed is very low. There is no problem with the router. I am getting notification on my laptop that my 5G internet is not secured. I didnt used to get these notifications until today. I need help I have to download large files and all.
