Windows 11 I wanna use the English recognizer but the option is only Chinese.

Hello, dear microsoft, I am a Chinese game player and I just bought voiceattack(aka VA), for which I can control the game through just speaking out. And as the VA file that I downloaded is in English,the words I said were hardly recognized by VA.I found the system speech recognizer is in Chinese not English.So I hope that I could use English as the recognition language but I don't know how.
