Windows 10 I want to add a new folder at the same level as "Quick Access" and "Desktop". However, when I click the new folder button I can't do that.

Earlier today Onedrive changed the structure of my folders in File Explorer. I submitted a help request but I doubt I'll get an answer. As a workaround, I'm trying to recreate the previous structure which made sense and resulted in less wasted time. To do this I want to add folders at the same "level" as quick access and desktop. See the attached screen shots. One screenshot shows the new structure, invented entirely out of thin air by microsoft, the other shows how I would like to add folders as a workaround on the assumption that I won't get a good answer to the question I've put in the
