Windows 11 I want to add a Windows 11 device to family safety but can't because the only option is "add a Windows 10 device", how do I get around this?

Family Safety has stopped working on my Windows 11 PC after a warranty repair which replaced the faulty motherboard. The time restrictions show up as though the PC is a Windows 10PC but it is a Windows 11PC, and none of the time restrictions work. Zero time is reported, including on the iphonre family safety app. If I click on "add a new device" whilest in my admin account on the PC it only offers me the option to add Windows 10 PCs.When I click on "Lock Devices" it actually does show a Windows 11 device but the switch as zero effect in stopping my child from logging into his controlled accoun
