Windows 11 I want to change my lockscreen but Windows doesn't let me do it.

When I try to change the option in the personalization settings ,the lock screen option is grayed-out and there is a message that "settings are managed by my organization." I'm connected with my school account but I don't see how this can influence the possibility to change my lockscreen .Down below , I attached a screenshot (in french) to this message (i hope you can see it ) Thank you for responding
