Windows 10 I want to change my ThisPC>Documents and ThisPC>Pictures locations to my previous ones.

So! I have been having this issue for about a year now, as of writing this. In that time I have done everything in my power to trouble shooting/googling/fixing this issue, to no avail.To give you some more context and background. about a year ago my location for my "documents" folder and "pictures" folder in the "This PC". has randomly changed from (C:\users\ "PC ACCOUNT NAME" \Documents) to (C:\users\ "PC ACCOUNT NAME" \OneDrive\documents) and vise versa with the "pictures" folder.
