Windows 11 I want to delete these files, can they be deleted (safely without ruining my pc) and if they are safe to delete, how can i go about doing this?

I want to delete these riot games files (i opened them, and they were just the riot games logo) however it says this whenever i try. Can these files be deleted safely, and if they can, how can i do that?
