Windows 11 I want to have remote desktop access when the windows defender is off

Hello,I have the following problem. I have turn off windows defender and microsoft defender but i want to enable remote desktop setting. When i enable it i have the following message if i enable again the windows defender service (mpssvc) , the remote desktop will be automatically on and the network firewall is off (i want firewall off). My goal is the windows defender be off and the remote desktop be on.Could you help me?
