Windows 11 I was editing the registry in a computer, now the user account control will not let me install anything. How do I repair this?

I was editing the registry in a computer, now the user account control will not let me install anything. I'm asked aquestion, but there isn't anyplace to type an answer. Also, the yes button is missing. I have tried all of the options COPILOT has suggested, but they didn't work. How do I repair this?
