Windows 10 I was given an unwinnable puzzle on Microsoft jigsaw

I was given an unwinnable puzzle on Microsoft jigsaw February 18, 2023 daily challenge. Every other puzzle is fine but this one. It reads break the lock in 16 moves or less but the lock has 17 needed to unlock. Any pieces tried end the game. Please see attached screenshot
