Windows 11 I was using the Wi-Fi when all of a sudden it just stopped working said the Wi-Fi network adapter is experiencing issues can anyone help

The computer I’m on is a Lenovo windows 11 and it stopped accessing the Wi-Fi and said the Wi-Fi adapter was experiencing issues but I got this laptop brand new (update just reset all network connects and reset the computer and it works fine now)
