Windows 11 I was watching a shoe on a site I usually access, then I got a small pop up notification of the middle of the screen that said something like "someone

I moved my cursor and the pop up disappeared. I went to remote access settings and it said my version of windows can't even do remote access from another pc. Have I been hacked or was it just a weird pop up from the sketchy site I was on? I've used this site many times before and I never got this type of notification. What should I do to be sure my laptop hasn't been hacked?
