Windows 11 I went to study in Canada, and Copilot still says it's not available in my region

I come from a region that didn't support Copilot, and now I'm in Canada. I have changed my region to Canada and added Canada's phone number and debit card, didn't work.I recently updated my old laptop to win11 and Copilot works fine with this account, I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to solve this Copilot issue on my current computer. Thanks
