Windows 10 I would like to delete old emails and especially attachment

Hello,I need your help and advice, I would like to delete old emailsand also, attachment, I noticed since new "updates" I cannothave access to old mail and attachment, I am getting "Setting" instead.????How do I proceed,Thank you for your help
