Windows 11 ICloud+ sign in and/or verification code window continuously popping up and does not accept the password nor verification code.

ICloud+ sign in popping up constantly. I enter the verification code from my connected apple device, and it just continues to pop up. I enter the password when requested and then the verification code...and the ICloud+ sign in continues to pop up. This has happened several times over the last few years with my surface pro. I need Microsoft to figure this out and provide a real solution. Every time there is some sort of update to the computer, users shouldn't continue experiences the same glitches.I need a real solution. I don't want to disable ICloud nor do I want to uninstall it.
