Windows 11 Icon drop shadow after Windows Update

Following two Windows 11 updates, I find that my desktop icons have a very unpleasant drop shadow. I would like to remove this as soon as possible, and would welcome suggestions.The updates that ran last night were KB5031323 and KB5031354.
