Windows 10 IcService_new / SMS/MMS drivers Under Device Manager

No need to uninstall these drivers as they related to Blue tooth pairing between mobile phones and Windows Operating System,


If you unpair your Mobile phone they automatically are removed by default.


As for IcService_new / SMS/MMS drivers not installing correctly that is between Microsoft and the Manufacture of the Mobile Phone not developing the correct device drivers that are compatible with the hundreds of different devices on the market.
