i have win 10 on a aurora 6 computer..i don't know if my controllers and dvd was accidentally erased or if they got lost in a upgrade. all i know is there not in device manager or in BIOS. i have ran the ePsa. today virtual agent did what she called a in place upgrade.i didn't see where it did any good,but sure it did not hurt.i don't know where to get controllers But i know my dvd is from HL HITACHI LG installed in a dell comp.when i go to my product page click on original config. i can scroll down to says part #01W11-Module,DVD+/-RW,8x,Hitachi LG DATA STORAGE.Bare,Across line of business if i click on the 01W11
Part# 9M9FK -DVD+/-RW,8x 9.5T GU90N Hitachi LG Data Storage. And if i go to Current Config
Hardware -
DVD/CD-Rom Drives and no description
IDE,ATA/ATAPI controllers NO description
So iam guessing there not there does any body know how to get these.
have no warranty so Dell wont give me time of day!
