Windows 10 IF I REPLACE MY SSD WILL IT SOLVE THE BSOD ERROR?

My pc is getting bsod of system service exception for like 2 years now. i reinstall the windows for like 100 times now.i changed every component of my pc beside the ssd. bsod is still coming. if i replace the ssd will it solve my problem??
