Windows 7 If OEM Windows 7 home premium is deactivated, can I reactivate it ?

Hello I want to ask if my computer that runs Windows 7 home premium activated with OEM key then this key is deactivated. Can I reactivate that key after installing windows 7 pro OEM key then upgraded to windows 10 pro.I want to ask if I can go back to windows 7 home premium without need of a product key ?Thanks in advance.
