HI, Its a long shot but I'm hoping some kind knowledgeable person would be kind enough to help! have a WD My Passport Ultra external hardrive with lots of irreplaceable photos and videos of my family, the kids when they were young, meeting their grandparents who are no longer with us etc. I thought it was safe on this hardrive but recently we tried to access it and it wouldn't show up on any computers. The E drive is a new hard drive I'm using as we cannot get the old one to work, thats showing as Disk 1 and works fine.I asked google and looked around the web and tried various things but I'm
