Windows 11 IGDKMD64.SYS blue screen of death error, tried things from comparable threads already, happens with both Windows 10 and 11

My laptop has an i5 and a NVIDEA 3050, with both enabled it runs games well but I get an igdkmd64.SYS error when I try to run video, have too many tabs open, or try to connect to a second screen. When I disable the i5, I can run video and use a second screen without the error, but the video is very choppy and games don't run well. I've tried updating both drivers (including hard uninstalling and reinstalling), running the system file checker (no corrupt files), and running the DISM tool, with no luck. I've tried updating to windows 11, and still get the error. Can you help me either resolve th
