Windows 10 Ignore special characters input to use shortcut in VSCode

Hi All,I'm using windows 10. I use many font-systems usually. Recently I tried some customizations in vscode for usability and productivity.The problem is when I press "ctrl + alt + n" or "ctrl + shift + alt + n". It gives me this characters "ṇ" & "Ṇ". Is there any workaround to get over this?
