Windows 11 I'm getting repetitive blue screens (at least 4-7 a day)

Hi,Note before reading:I have close to no knowledge on technology, since I only use my device for studyingI'm facing a fustrating issue on my Windows 11 Laptop (vivobook flip 14) where it repetitively crashes. It used to only be around once a day (around half a year ago). I've been ignoring it but it has been happening more often now ranging from 4-7 times a day. It also happens in bursts, like 3 within 5 minutes.I don't know if this will be of any use but here's a couple of error codes? that i rememberRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (this was the only one for the first 30 or so crashes)CRITICA
