Windows 11 I'm having issues with combo jack either works as an output or an input

I'm having issues with the front combo jack it's either the input that works or the output, I suspect it's a windows/realtek issue that's causing this and not a hardware issue but I don't know what exactly could fix this.Note: I get like a popup when plugging it, with a green and pink even though I have 1 only combo jack on the case.Im using windows 11 motherboard is an MSI b550 gaming pluscase NZXT h5 flowI use Razer Blackshark v2x
