Windows 10 I'm having this issue Blue screen of death and restarting computer The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

I have had issues with blue screens a lot so I Deceided to just do a full wipe and Re-installed windows it helped but now the BSOD's are back please help here is one of the errors im having The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xffffffffe1c139d2, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff802946b78b7). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
