I have a Windows 11 laptop with a lifetime Office subscription, which I activated using an Outlook account. After signing out of the Outlook account, I began experiencing issues with logging in. Initially, my PIN and fingerprint worked fine, but now they intermittently fail. After a restart, the PIN sometimes works, but then stops working again. The 'Forgot my PIN' option prompts me to connect a USB drive for recovery, which I’m unfamiliar with. I haven’t linked any other accounts to the laptop.
