Windows 11 I'm making an animated cartoon. How do I get the audio clips I've downloaded on Photos Legacy, to match up with the photos/pictures I've downloaded?

This is the back side of the Photos Legacy program. The light blue areas are seperate audio clips I've made. On the other side of Photos Legacy are the dozens of photos/pictures I've uploaded. But the audio area doesn't seem exact or specific enough to actually match up each blue area with the appropriate photo on the other side. In other words, the blue audio areas are actuallyclips of people speaking several sentences. I need them to match up with the appropriate short videos on the front side of Photos Legacy. In theory, Microsoft had an idea here, but I can't imagine it working as a 30-min
