Windows 11 I'm not able to change my windows security settings

hi there. I wanted to change some of my windows antivirus security settings (ransomware settings, core isolation settings, etc) but it kept saying its either blocked by an IT manager or that only an administrator can change it. I'm the only adminstrator on this computer and there're no IT managers it's my personal laptop. can anyone help me with this issue?
