Windows 10 I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on my HP laptop and accidently deleted my "Drive 0 Partition 2 "Primary"".

I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on my HP laptop and accidently deleted my "Drive 0 Partition 2 "Primary"". It now says "Drive 0 Unallocated Space 697.3 GB Total Size and 697.3 GB Free and "Type" is empty". When I click on "New", it tells me "We couldn't create a new partition. [Error: 0xabe774a0]." How can I get it back? I'm cross posting this question in the HP Support Community as well. I will update here if I get an answer from them first and vise versa.
