Im stuck at "choose an account to continue," I tried restarting it and they didn't help then I tried unplugging it for 30 min that didn't help I've changed my password but every time I put it in it said password incorrect I don't know what to do I been dealing with this problem for 24 hours, this has happen to me in the past but I simply unplugged it and it worked but it's not working right now. I can't do anything, I'm on the part where they ask you to select an account the blue screen thing it's kinda like when you go to reset your PC but it's not giving me any options.
