Windows 11 Im trying to change my password after getting my account hacked and it wont let me

On 4/8/2024 my account was hacked through a discord server which was a fake server version of a real one. And then after I got the hacker out of my account, I cant change my password, it says, "You've requested too many codes today. Please try again tomorrow." Even though I attempted it next day it still says "You've requested too many codes today. Please try again tomorrow." How can this be fixed?
