Windows 10 I’m unable to access an account I made years ago and stopped using.

So years ago I made an Microsoft account and it was directly tied with my computer. I stopped using the computer and account altogether (years ago, I’m talking 6-7 years ago) But recently I’ve rebooted the computer but I’m unable to sign in because I can’t remember the password and the password is my Microsoft account. I’m unable to reset the password because I can’t get into the gmail account either. I tried calling HP Support but their fees are outrageous when I simply wish to reset the password (14.99 monthly plus 35 activation fee or a one time payment of 149.99) Is there anyway that I can
