Windows 10 I'm upgrading my CPU and Motherboard at the same time, will I have issues upon first boot with windows activation or usage?

As context: I haven't replaced a motherboard or cpu before. My current motherboard is an MSI Z97 PC Mate (MS-7850), and my processor is an Intel i7-4790k.My upgrade choices are motherboard - MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk Wifi Gaming motherboard and the new processor will be a Ryzen 7 78003xd. I am currently running windows 10.I have heard mixed responses saying that it's an absolute nightmare to do or it's super simple and windows will take care of updates and swap easily. What are steps that I can take to make this process as painless as possible? Do you see any potential issues that I can try to avo
