Windows 11 im using the work app five 9 but it logs me in and thats it. i cant get into the softphine work station it tells me the proxy server is not respoindin

The softphone failed to register on the proxy server/this is the message i get wshen i try to get into five9 app and start to work in the softphone agent window. the system does let me log in but i cant get the system to let me into my work station to take calls. i have run the correct tests and configuration for controlers and updates on my audio mic headphones and all is good. system is not letting me get past the logging inplease hepl somebody i gotta get to work
