Windows 11 Import Bookmarks/Favorites from Windows 11 Favorites Folder

Hello. Here's my situation:I have a friend with an old laptop running Windows 10 (upgraded from 8.1 originally). The old laptop died and he just purchased a new one running 11. I am not able to start the old one do do anything, but I was able to recover his personal files manually from the drive and transfer them over. I want to add his old "Favorites" to his broswer on the new laptop. Since I can't start the old laptop, I am unable to export them to an HTML file. But the "Favorites" folder has been copied over in-tact and they are all there. He also never used OndDrive or Google, so they're n
