Windows 11 Impossible to Add a Device in my "My Microsoft Account" if you don't have a Microsoft Device Serial number? Why? Shame on you Microsoft

I went in Microsoft Account / Devices and I noticed that my desktop (Windows 11) is showing up twice with the same name, etc... I did delete one of the devices and by mistake I deleted the second one as well. I said, not a big deal, there is an "Add Device" button. When you click Add Device it asks for the Serial number. My PC was installed by myself from parts, and does not have a Chassis SN. I wanted to use the Motherboard SN, but this one had underscore symbol, the Microsoft doesn't accept. Then I removed the _ and used the other characters, but guess what, the answer was this: We didn't
