Windows 11 impossible to reach the windows 11 recovery environment due to the error "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION" and i don't have any settings on the verifier

This started when i tried to reset my PC (i do it annually) but this time i can't restart the PC due to an BDOS with the error called "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION", i already tried with the "verifier /reset" and i also tried to update the drivers, but nothing change.the worst part is that i can't go in the recovery environment in any case, i also can't go to the windows defender offline mode, i can't use shift+restart because it give me the same exact error even tho i don't have settings in the verifier.for now i didn't try to update the firmware or the boot, but i don't know how to do it an
