Windows 10 In an alert I accidently accepted to not allow MS Explorer ... and now I can't access any of my work filed (Word, etc.) How do I change this back?

alert came up and some how I agreed! (Wow was that stupid)Now can't access any of my files ... suggests I don't have permission, but I am the admin ... so I denied permission to MS Explorer (File Explorer)!!! How do I change this back???
