Windows 11 In "Bluetooth and Devices", my camera settings will not load

I have been attempting to access my camera settings in "Bluetooth and Devices" for several days and it will not load. I can load other tabs in bluetooth and devices such as; mouse, printers and scanners, devices, pen & windows Ink, USB, and other options in Bluetooth and Devices and they load perfectly fine. Once I try to access my camera settings it is stuck on the purple circle loading without loading the actual options. I have restarted my computer, windows is up to date, I have tried accessing camera settings from the camera app as well but it brings me to the same page. AAll drivers a
