Windows 11 In Microsoft defender, I did a full scan, it found 356 threats. Then i clicked on delete all of the viruses then now it says “taking action on threats

This has always happened and microsoft defender id always bugged and i genuinely had a RAT on my computer and was getting logged out of accounts and on my discord it sent a ip grabber to everyone and a fishing scam link but it wasnt me.
