Windows 11 In Realtek Audio Console why doesn't the option to select Headphones (with Microphone) pop up?

I have been trying to fix my new headset for the past month, but sadly no luck yet, so that's why I'm here. The issue is that whenever I plug in the headset into my laptop (Jack) the microphone doesn't work, but the audio does. I've tried putting my microphone jack in separately but it didn't work neither, I think it's because the laptop thinks it's an audio jack or something. I've been searching for tutorials on Youtube on how to fix it, and there was one video where it told me to go to the Realtek Audio Console and so I did, but whenever I go into the Device Advanced Settings it only shows A
