Windows 11 In Win 11 with a convertible laptop, the virtual touchpad is disabled when the screen is flipped

As a standard with any of my 2 in 1's/convertibles, one of the first things I do is enable the virtual keyboard and virtual mouse. Show as two icons in the bottom right of the Taskbar. The real use is for when you flip the device into either tent or tablet mode so you can enable and use them when needed, 'cause, no access to physical keyboard and touchpad.Now, when you are in laptop mode, WHEN YOU DON'T NEED THEM, both are enabled.
