Windows 10 In Windows 10, how do I stop the window I'm dragging from one screen to the next to become full screen?

Since the company upgraded our computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I now have a problem whereby the window I'm dragging from one screen to the other changes immediately to full screen. THIS IS A BIG PAIN IN THE RUMP. Please someone give me a cure for this in Windows 10. All I can find is in Windows 7 and the procedures are not the same. I've tried to locate the Edge Snap area on the Mouse settings and it doesn't appear there.
