Windows 11 Inability to download/install games from multiple sources due to internet.

I've attempted to download many popular games such as Minecraft and Epic Games Launcher, yet am unable to because of internet issues. When I attempt to install Minecraft through the installer, it says it is unable to connect to the Microsoft store and I need to continue from there. When I access the store and press "Install", nothing happens (the install button goes dark, as if it's been clicked, but no download starts and the button resets in a minute or so). With Epic Games Launcher, I am unable to open the launcher even. I open the application, but it never passes the loading screen and eve
