Windows 11 inbuilt-keyboard not working at first only z now 30% of the keys

so simple my z key sometime response & some time not. then it stop responding till today. along this 30% of other keys stop responding from yesterday. i read about the forum but the issue is keyboard option does not exist .my friend also facing the same we both are using asus zenbook, vivobook respectively. After 2 to 2.5yrs we bought. both win11.
