Windows 11 Infinite BSOD CRITICAL PROCESS FAILED

I had a missing windows file and went to an earlier restore point. It opened on a black screen after and wouldnt go back to normal so i shut it off and powered it back on. It now loops into BSOD critical process dies and it wont troubleshoot it
