Windows 10 Infinite loop to BSOD 0xc000021a to Select Account

Im having the BSOD 0xc000021a but its in a loop with the Select Account menu with all the users and stuff but i forgot the password so i click on "Forgot your password" and select "restart now" and it gose to the BSOD its a loop and cant access BIOS or advanced options
