Windows 10 Install msixbundle over packer

hi I try to install Windows terminal msixbundleI have script that install Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx thats worksin the next line i try to install Microsoft.WinTerWin10_1.15.2874.0.msixbundleand i get this error azure-arm.windowsvm: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D19, An error occurred because a user was logged off.==> azure-arm.windowsvm: error 0x80070002: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.sharedFonts extension due to==> azure-arm.windowsvm: the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.looks li
